Lifetime servicing

Every piece includes lifetime cleaning, inspection and tightening of settings at our atelier. Return shipping for servicing is at your cost; the work itself is complimentary.

Resizing

One resizing within the first year is complimentary for rings whose design allows it. Eternity bands and fully set designs may not be resizable; we will tell you before you order.

Certificates

Centre diamonds come with a GIA or equivalent laboratory certificate. Every piece is delivered with a valuation for insurance purposes.

What is not covered

Normal wear, accidental damage, loss, theft, exposure to chemicals, and any work carried out by a third party. Plating on white gold wears over time and can be renewed as a paid service.

Statutory rights

This warranty is in addition to the legal guarantee provided by applicable consumer law, which is not affected.

Care

Remove jewellery before sport, swimming, cleaning or applying cosmetics. Store pieces separately in the box provided. Clean gently with warm water, mild soap and a soft brush, then dry with a lint-free cloth.
