Worldwide, insured

Every piece is shipped fully insured, with tracking and signature on delivery, through [CARRIER, e.g. FedEx / Malca-Amit]. Delivery is complimentary.

Lead times

• Collection pieces in stock: 3 to 5 business days within the European Union; 5 to 10 business days elsewhere.
• Made to order and bespoke: six to ten weeks from design approval, confirmed in your quotation.

Packaging

Each piece arrives in our signature box with its certificate and valuation for insurance. Outer packaging is discreet and carries no brand.

Customs and duties

Prices are quoted in euros. Deliveries outside the European Union may be subject to import duties and taxes charged by your country, which are payable by the recipient unless your quotation states otherwise.

Personal delivery

For selected cities we can arrange hand delivery or a private viewing. Ask us when you enquire.

On receipt

Please inspect the parcel and the piece on arrival and let us know within [48 hours] if anything is not as expected.
