Privacy policy
Draft for review. Last updated: 26 September 2026.
Who we are
Taunor ("we", "us") is an independent jewellery house operated by [LEGAL NAME], [TAX ID], [REGISTERED ADDRESS, CITY, COUNTRY]. We are the data controller for the personal data described here. You can reach us at juandavidhega@gmail.com.
What we collect and why
- Inquiry form: name, email, phone and country (optional), the type of piece and budget you indicate, your message and the page you wrote from. We use it to answer you and to prepare a quotation. Legal basis: steps prior to a contract at your request and our legitimate interest in replying to you.
- Newsletter: your email address, language and the date you consented. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time using the link in every email or by writing to us.
- Technical data: our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) for security and to keep the site running. We keep a hashed, salted version of the IP address with each inquiry for a short period to prevent abuse.
We do not sell personal data and we do not use advertising trackers.
Cookies
The site uses a single functional cookie that remembers your language. If we measure traffic, we use a cookieless analytics service that does not identify you. No consent banner is needed for these.
Who processes the data for us
- Supabase (database hosting, European Union) stores inquiries and newsletter subscriptions.
- Resend (transactional email) delivers our replies and confirmations.
- Netlify (web hosting and content delivery) serves the site and keeps server logs.
Each provider acts under a data-processing agreement and applies appropriate safeguards for any transfer outside the European Economic Area.
How long we keep it
Inquiries are kept for up to [24 months] after our last exchange, unless a commission follows, in which case they are kept as part of the order record for the period required by tax and consumer law. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You may ask us to access, correct, delete or restrict your data, object to its processing, or receive it in a portable format. Write to juandavidhega@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your national data-protection authority (in Spain, the AEPD).
Changes
We will update this page when our practices change and note the date above.
