Why we only work with natural diamonds
Rarity, provenance and the quiet confidence of a stone that took a billion years to form.

A natural diamond is the oldest thing most people will ever hold. Formed deep in the earth over a billion years and carried to the surface by ancient volcanoes, each one is finite: what exists is all there will ever be.
Rarity you can verify
Every centre stone we set is certified by the Gemological Institute of America or an equivalent laboratory, and comes with a valuation. The certificate records cut, colour, clarity and carat, and, for many stones, the inscription that ties the paper to the diamond itself.
Provenance and responsibility
We buy from suppliers who comply with the Kimberley Process and document the chain of custody, and we are happy to explain where a stone came from. When a client brings us a family diamond, we treat it with the same care and set it in a new design.
Why not laboratory-grown
Laboratory-grown diamonds are real diamonds, and they have a place. They are not what the house is about. A piece meant to be handed down carries a story, and we believe that story should begin in the earth, not in a reactor.
